Due to the effects of the COVID 19(Coronavirus), we are experiencing delays in the production and shipments of our products. We are working to get your glasses to you as soon as possible, however please note that this may take between 16-21 days.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. You can also send us a money order or a check in the mail, at the checkout options use the “Print and mail” option this allows you to send us your order via the US postal service. Sorry but we do not ship C.O.D.
Can I place my order by telephone, instead of on the website?
Yes. You can call us on +44 2890 994 190 to place your order.
My eye test was almost two years ago, can I still use my prescription?
We would recommend using a prescription which is as up to date as possible and that you obtain a new or recent prescription before you order your lenses with us. Any small changes in your eyes can have an impact on your lenses and how they work for your eyes.
How do I get my prescription to you?
You have two options. You can either type in the information to the website or you can upload your prescription directly to the website in either a jpg or pdf format. We would recommend uploading your prescription so we can identify an issues and come back to you for clarification before production starts. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the information is correct at the time of ordering.
How long does it take?
In-stock orders placed after 2:00PM GMT will be processed the following business day. Weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the next business day. Please visit the shipping page for more information.
What is the deadline for Express shipments?
Your need send your order to us before 2:00PM GMT. Please note delivery of your glasses can take between 10-14 days.
Do you ship to addresses outside Europe?
Yes. Just contact us on email@example.com to place your order and we will confirm the shipping amount. Please note that Safetyprotectionglasses.com is not responsible for any duties, taxes or broker fees that may be charged to your shipment. The fees are the responsibility of the customer.
