DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Within Europe)

Your order information and tracking codes for UPS or Royal Mail will be sent to the email address listed on your order.  Please note that delivery of your glasses can take up to 21 days due to staffing issues and supply chain issues ongoing from the pandemic however we often have glasses manufactured well before this turn around time.

Note: for orders place on the same day. In-stock orders placed after 2:00PM GMT will be processed the following business day. Weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the next business day.

Orders containing out-of-stock items will be shipped in their entirety when all products are available, unless prior arrangements have been made. Customers will receive automatic e-mail updates regarding order and product status.

Any safety glasses that are found to be faulty and have been remade can only be shipped to the initial address and country of purchase.  For example if your original glasses were purchased with shipping to a UK address the remake will be shipped to a UK address, any additional shipping costs for the glasses to be shipped to another destination will be covered by the customer.

Should you choose a specific carrier our company reserves the right to ship via an alternative method should the business need arise.  This will only occur if there will be significant delays in getting your shipment to you via your original courier or an event classed as an ‘act of god’.

International Shipments:

If your order is shipping internationally (outside of Europe) it may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. Safety Protection Glasses has no control over these charges and cannot estimate what they will be. Any charge that might be incurred is the customer’s responsibility. Safety Protection Glasses is not responsible for ANY duties, taxes or broker fees that may be charged to your shipment. For further information please contact your local customs office.

Returns:

Shipping refunds for glasses which require a return for faulty lenses and refund will be made from the original purchase destination only.  Shipping from other destinations will require to be covered by the customer.

While claims may be made to the courier which may result in replacement of product(s), Safety Protection Glasses makes no guarantee that lost, damaged, or stolen packages will be recovered or replaced.
